Alfred GairfieldMELVILLE - (GOLSPIE)Freddie passed away peacefully, with his loving family by his side, at Raigmore Hospital, on Tuesday 1st April 2025, aged 90 years.

Beloved husband of the late Annie, loving dad of the late Alan, cherished granda of Kelly and Josh, great granda of Freddie, much loved brother of John, George, David, Ronie, Neil, Cecil, Louie, Julia and the late June, brother-in-law, uncle and a good friend to many.

Funeral service to be held at Golspie Cemetery on Monday 14th April 2025, commencing at 11 am. All family and friends respectfully invited.

All flowers welcome, but a donation, if desired, can be made at the service or online for Golspie Home Carers and Golspie Community Nurses.

For those wishing to pay their respects, funeral cortege will leave from Golspie Business Park at 10.15 am travelling through Golspie Main Street, onwards to Golspie Cemetery.

My amazing Grandfather. One of the true greats of Golspie Village. A likeable warm funny character throughout his career in the construction industry and also a very caring family man.
